Do you only do cats & dogs?
We can customize almost any pet — dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, horses and more!
Your pillow, coasters and keychain are all made from your own pet photo.
What is your turnaround time?
Production time is usually 3–5 business days.
Shipping time varies by destination.
Do you send proofs or previews before printing my portrait?
No, we don't send previews. However, we professionally enhance every uploaded pet photo to high definition before production begins. Rest assured, if your photo has any unfixable issues, our team will reach out to you by email first.

What are your shipping times?
Custom orders are typically produced within 3–5 business days.
Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.
What are your shipping rates?
All orders include FREE tracked shipping worldwide.
Will my orders be shipped together?
Yes — your custom pillow, coasters, and keychain are usually packaged and shipped together in one order.
Can I return my product?
Due to the customized nature of these products that we produce at Made for Milo, we are not able to offer any refunds for a return. Our team is producing custom art for you and is entirely personal to you and your pet.
What if my product is damaged?
While it is very rare, sometimes pieces get damaged while in transit. Please reach out to us at contact@madeformilo.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will send you a replacement.
What if I received the wrong product?
If you received the wrong product, and incorrect size or print, we will of course replace it without question.
What if I'm missing my order?
Please email us at support@mypetmemorys.com and our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days!
What if I changed my mind and no longer want the order?
In order to get the artwork to you as fast as we can, our team starts working on your order almost immediately. You can cancel your order within4 hours. If 4 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. Please send an email our way support@mypetmemorys.com
