Refund and Return Policy

Because each Made for MyPetMemorys piece is created entirely to order and personalized using your pet’s photo, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Your artwork is thoughtfully created just for you and your pet, and for that reason it cannot be resold or reused. That said, your happiness truly matters to us. If you are unhappy with your final artwork, please reach out. We care deeply about customer satisfaction and will always do our best to ensure you love your finished piece.

If you receive an incorrect item, wrong size, incorrect print, or your order arrives damaged, we will of course replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can take care of this for you promptly.

Orders may be cancelled or changed within 30 minutes of purchase. After this window, cancellations or changes are subject to approval, as artwork often begins shortly after an order is placed.

When creating your portrait, we work directly from the photo you submit at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the photo meets our submission guidelines. High quality photos result in high quality artwork, while blurry, low resolution, or poorly lit photos will limit the final result. We are unable to offer solutions for artwork created from unsuitable photos.

You are welcome to include notes with your order, and we will always review them carefully. However, not all requests can be guaranteed. For example, we cannot alter facial expressions, open or close mouths, or create details that are not present in the original photo. Minor enhancements such as red eye removal or subtle eye color adjustments may be possible depending on the image provided.

Please note that all examples shown on our website were created from clear, high resolution photographs. To achieve a similar level of detail and finish, a high quality photo is essential.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds. However, if your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction caused by customer-submitted photos that do not meet our recommended image quality guidelines.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or replacements for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
